They MISREPRESENT themselves, scam your money and your trust. DO NOT do business with them. Please. Dearborn Heights

I bought a car from this company. They have a repair shop down the street from their "buy here-pay here" car lot. I have very bad credit, so this seemed like a good option for me to get a car. I knew that I would end up paying a little more when it was all said and done, but I was in a bind, and they semed like good, decent people to do business with.

I should have turned and ran the week I got the car. # days after I brought it home, it started to hesitate, like it was running out of gas. They had it for a week and said it was a vacuum seal, and they said they wouldnt charge me since I just bought it. Keep in mind that I had to put down a down payment of $ and then pay them weekly for a year. (80$/week) Anyways, before I brought it in for that, I noticed a small oil leak and they said they would fix that while they had it. I picked up the car, and all was fine. About 2 weeks later, the oil started leaking again. This went on for a while. It seemed like about every 2 months, I had the car in for something else. The last time I brought it in, they made me pay. It was $700 for something I had never heard of. So, I had that fee added on to my payments.

When I bought the car, it had a rebuilt motor in it with only 60,000 miles on it. They showed paperwork on this and all. I had it checked out by a male friend of mine (since I'm not too knowledgeable on auto stuff). He said it all looked ok for the price. Fast forward over onths of headache. I finally pay the car off. I paid it off 3 months early. I was tired of the hassle of driving there each week, tired of the problems, tired of it all. I was going to pay it off and sell it. ONE WEEK after the car was paid off, the motor blew up. They would not help financially with the cost to repair it, nothing. I wasnt expecting them to do it for free, but you would think that after all the money I spent with them fixing their problems, NOT TO MENTION, all the business I sent them over the course of the year as well, that they would cut me some slack. NOPE!

I then got a bill in the mail for a towing fee of $200, a $20/day storage fee, and a 65$ vehicle inspection fee. This was all after I paid them $400 for a loaner vehicle that I had for 3 weeks, which is a whole nother story in itself. Long story short, I signed for a loaner to keep while they were checking out my car, they said they would call when it was ready. 3 weeks later I called to see what was up with my car, and they were like..."oh yeah, its the motor, it will cost $3000 for a rebuilt motor. Parts and labor" So when I asked them why they didnt call me sooner, they just non chalantly replied that they had been super busy. So I basically paid for a loaner for 2 weeks because they didnt feel like calling me.

Anyways, my car is STILL sitting in their storage yard because they wont unlock it for me to get my personal belongings out of it. They have been giving me the runaround about that for MONTHS. This had been since January that this has been going on. I want my things, I want my plate, and I want my sanity back. I have given them enough of my trust, and my money. They deserve to be put out of business. They are morally corrupt and I warn everyone to stay away. DO NOT give them a dime.
