Now at that point since I have been doing business at that store for 5 years I told the 15 witnesses look at the service I am getting. Would anyboby like to see my tires after only 11,000 miles with a warranty of 50,000. I can only assume you spoke to wayne. But you should have taken the time TO LOOK AT THE TIRES. You should have takin it in and put it on the racks. And then lied like wayne and said the ball joints were fallin off. That is what a professional manager would have done. (now we all found out from a real teck JIM that my balljoints are MADE TO HAVE SLIGHT PLAY none of the stores new this. Now I am not a mechnic But had it explained after the fact.
