I chose Tires Plus in Watertown, SD roughly two years ago for an oil change. I chose them because they were inexpensive. However, they are also cheap. When I got my car back I just didn't feel right about it. The lady at the counter was rude and the guys were less than hospitable. The whole place just reeked of injustice.
When I got my car back, the A/C no longer worked on 3,2, or 1. It only worked on 0,4, and full blown (5). I also noticed a decrease in performance in my car. I can't quite put a finger on it, but it seemed as if it had less octane.
When I went in to tell them about it, they said they had nothing to do with the A/C. I exclaimed that it worked fine before they f! @#ked with it. The mechanic came out and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I said, "if you guys are going to rip people off, I'm going to tell other people not to come here." And they told me to go ahead and laughed as I walked out the door.
Those guys are f@#king idiots. I would avoid all tires plus stores... They are crooked.
