At 39,000 mi. I took my car in and asked for the transmission to be checked out because I was experiencing problems with it while traveling. They claimed that there was nothing to fix because the car was working fine. I beg to differ when im broke down on the side of the road. The moment the Warranty went up they found the problem and it was that the transmission was bad and it would cost $10,000 to have it fixed. All across the nation the going rate for replacing my cars transmission is $5,000. Its bad enough that they neglected to find the problem while under warranty or at least document it, but to then try to charge me double what its supposed to cost... They are liars and crooks. They have even been recorded harassing me and lying to other customer saying that I was not a customer of theirs. I have the paperwork to show that they are liars. Consumer Beware! Also Jaguar Corporate has never returned my attempts to contact them except with a letter that says they support any decisions that are made on a local level by the dealers. What about customer service or satisfaction? They need a damage control department.
