Talked to someone else, they pulled this on in 2004. I am still getting jerked around after the owner and general manager looked me in the face and said we will take care of this. Now when i call they are real busy making car deals and claim this is not a good time. I know when i am getting fed b. S so next step is bringing this to the attention of chevrolet& gmac finance but the sale is done so i am sure there will be no help there. But in illinois it is against the law to sell a car as new when it was previously registered to someone else but not titled, also they must display an msrp sticker on that new car but they bulls*d from start to finish. Now i am partially disabled which they know so that is another organization i will contact.
