I rented a older Cavalier that ran terribly from Saban for 1week because my car was in the shop. My mistake was failing to call and extend the contract. I admit that I had no problem with the payment. So eight days later they came and took the car from my parlikg lot with all my belongings.in order to get my belongings out they said I would have to pay and additional $75 for impound fees. I had already paid $300 for 8 days. The manager Mike insulted me calling me illiterate for not reading the contract, hung up on me when I inquired about his superior, and threatened to call the cops on me for harassment when I had only called twice. He continued to brutally insult me and taunt me that they were going to throw my things away.
I've never dealt with such bad and unptofessional business. When I tried to contact somebody else from the company I spoke with Lou from the other location on Indian School, where he transferred me and my problem over to a yet another rude employee of Sabans that would only say PAY YOUR BILL! Pay your bill! And then I would be able to talk to Al. She was not of any help and apparently knew nothing about the company for which she worked. These people know exactly what they are doing and have got it down to a science how to get over on us. There needs to be consequences for their actions and mistreatment of their customers.
