I had family in from Boston and needed a rental car. Saban had rented me car for 2 days. The cars check engine light had come on and the car began to run extremely rough.in fear that the car would break down or over heat, we took the car back the next day.
The guy at the counter offered us another car that was not equivalent to the car that I had originally rented. I walked outside to inform my aunt the offer they had made and when I went back in. An older guy behind the counter began yelling at me to leave accusing me of cursing at the younger guy.
They then came out and took the car and began to yell at us over the load speaker into the parking lot to leave the premises and that they would not give us another car. Stranded with my aunt from out of town and my 3-year-old daughter in the 110-degree weather. I informed them I was calling the police. The older man left before they arrived. The police arrived, who informed us I could put a stop payment on the amount they would be charging my account and file a dispute. Saban then charged my account for 2 full days, damages to the car that were already on the car and some other additional fees that were not on the original contract. This company is a rip off and needs to be stopped for the greater good of the public.
