Marathon Oil I accidentally filled up my gas tank at the full service pump which was not very well labelled

I accidentally filled up my gas tank at the full service pump which was not very well labelled. When going into the gas station the attendant said "You know you just filled up at the full service pump. You are going to have to pay that fee." She would not change it to the normal fee for me.

With the world's technology these days and the focus on customer service it was very surprising and kind of upsetting to me I had to pay an extra $10 or so for no one even filling up my gas.
