Drive Financial financed a truck for me. I made 30 payments of $250 a month while missing 3 payments because I fell ill and I am now on government disablility. They heartlessly repoed my truck not willing to work with me. Now they auctioned off my truck and are demanding (several times a day by phone) on the balance. Drive knows I collect disability and know that no small claims court in the land will make me pay a dime but they call and harrass me several times a day, sometimes 8:00 in the morning to as late as 10:00 at night. I am just a poor disabled old woman. I tell them the same thing everytime they call but they keep calling everyday. My husband and I have considered an harassment lawsuit. We have already notified the BBB and the Texas Attorney General's Office. What else can I do?
