This company is full of thieves they set up a paynment for the 14th of April on my account I was 14 days late! They withdrew 3 payments 2 not even due for 15 days without my permission. What can I do legally to this companby to make them see the error in their ways??? This is the second time they've done this in 1 year with my debit/credit card do I have recourse. Causing overdraft bounce fees.
Do not do business with this company they are complete thieves. I am going to report them to the Texas Comissioner of Banking I'm hoping they will terminate them in the state of texas also I'm gonna call a local television station 7 on your side in Austin to help make sure others are not shafted like me. I've got copies of my bank statements and their statements!!! I am going to Fry Them!!! Dealer was Town North Nissan whom does business with them also in Austin TX
