I have had major problems with Americredit. I contacted them to make a payment. It was late. My mom made a pymt on the account which she paid over the net.
I called them to tell them to take money from her account from now on with her approval. They still came into my bank account without my authorization, pulled out what they wanted, then a few days later put it back in after already making my account overdrawn over 100 dollars then they took it out again 3 days later. Already i had spoken with them to only pull any money out of my moms account.
They have been accessing my bank account whenever they feel like it and have created major financial problems on me. During all of this, they even sent out a repo man even after they said they were not going to cause the payments were made. The next payment isnt due till may 19th. So why are they taking money out still??? My gripe here is they are accessing my bank account without my approval. To me, this is fraud. I am filing also with the BBB. These people should never be in business. They are scam artists and getting away with it. Somebody needs to stop them.
