Lawsuit due to wrongful repossesion ripoff

Where do I begin?

Okay in December I was late on my car payment, so I called to make payment arrangements. I spoke with a female, she asked me where the car was because she was sending someone out to get it, and I begged her to make arrangements with me. She finally said well if you pay $812.12 we will defer the remaining owed. I agreed and went and paid $813.00.

Thinking that everything was okay, Well our payment was due March 6th and I get paid biweekly so I was going to make my payment as soon as I got my check, but too late because on March 12th, they repossed our car. I called and talked to a man named Justin and he said there was no information in my account about a deferment. So I let it go and was going to write it off and pay them what I owed after they auction it off.

Well I kept getting automated calls, so I called and told them to stop since they have my car, and then while I was on the phone, I asked for the number to an exectutive to discuss their dishonest customer service reps. And he asked me what the problem was. I explained it all to him and he offered to review my account notes to see if he could help. He ended up telling me that it was a "wrongful repossession" and that I was made "a dirty deal" That is quoting him!

He said that lady did put notes in their about our arrangments and just failed to continue with her side of the deal.

He offered me my car back for $1557 because that included the payments for when the had my car. Am I responsible for that? AM I to continue paying the payments after they repossess my car?

Well I had enough so I got the numbers to the president and vice, and CEO. I even researched there possible home phone numbers. I emailed about 3 different employees, and on Monday 2 called me back.

The lady that called me back said that guy should have never told me that it was a "wrongful repossession" and that there is "just alot of confusion with my account". She apologized and said she was forwarding all information to the Vice President and calling me back. So now I am waiting.

Is it legal to call them at home, since they harass me and call me at home all the time?

If I left something out just email me or something, because I am so mad right now, I may have left out something. Thank you
