On dec, 23 i bought a new reman motor for my truck. It cost me $23000.000 thoundsand. I got a call from doug owner saying my truck just about done when i got there i waited for he at the counter as he came in i as if i could see my truck he said sure. So i went back in the shop to see my truck it was on the dyno. The dyno is a machine that tells you how the motor is running. As i was looking my motor running i seen oil comming from water pump. I ask doug about it he told me all new motors do that but i did not know so then i was smelled somthing burning. I ask doug what that was he said its the manifold all new motors do that. At that time i was thing that was hard to beleave. So he said lets go to the coner to pay your bill so i did and paid him in full. Then we talk about the warranty work. I have six mouths on parts and labor. After the 6 mouths is parts. Not what he told me on the phone before i got there. So i made him do some changing to it because it said i have to come back there for warranty work. I do have copys/and lots of pictures of motor and all my day my notes i do one this.
As i went out to the shop to get my truck i was cleanning my windows as i had to open my hood (front part of truck) it was very hard to open and it just came off the dyno. So i tryed to close it it would not close i was so mad that hood cost around 11,000 in 2001. So i called doug over and show him he said i was like that. I said there no way i even have my hood to do that. So he called over his mechanics over. When they took it off the dyno it took around 3 guys to close it. Hopping i would not open it. At this point doug told me on the phone we will not have to take off my hood. But they did but i did not think it was a big deal when i seen it off. When they was taking my old motor out. This was chritmas holiday weekend they started at 4:00 pm did not get done around 6: pm. I do have pages and pages of day one all the oil leaks on the motor they keep going on. Keeps telling this is ok on a new motor.
I do have so may pappers and all my picture. All my faxes i send to him all the voic mail he send me. And now i am here in piercenton ind at his place fighting over the warranty work. He wanting me to sign papper work to fix my motor thats stil under warranty. I said i am not going to signing anything so they ask me to come get my truck. But they said bring 200.00 with you and cash only. I ask what for they said we had to put on the dyno i said you had to any ways. They told me because i did not sign work order i ask them why do i have to sign it. They told me when they got the work done they could drive my truck i said when you get the work done call me and i'll come up and we will take it out they got very mad at me told me to come get my truck and no checks or credit cards. But when i bought my new motor from that they took out 22 thoundsand from me on my cards. They mess up when they but my truck on the dyno and called me saing there is troule with your motor. I said i am not signing anything its under warranty and they got ver upset with me so thats when they told me come get your truck and hung the phone up on me. So i have ben setting in a hotel room spending money i don't have. I ben driving truck for 25 years for north american van lines and i set here with a truck that i can not drive because of them so now my hole work cam to a stop and my bills keep comming because of them so can you plase help me?
