Ripped us and Good Sam's Off on a 2005 40' coach

We purchased a used 2005 Cross Country Sports Coach 40'Elite diesel pusher in March. Beaudry did not complete the items on the initial walkthrough, nor did they perform the Good Sam's Inspection we were guaranteed.

How do we know this? Lets see, there is diesel fuel leaking from the main tank and the generator. The coach battery terminals were loose allowing the battery terminal to melt down into molten lead on top of the battery. The passengers seatbelt does not work. The 50 amp hookup on the coach is broke and just sort of hangs out. I have around 35 items we noticed when we got the coach home. Now with diesel fuel leaking in the front and one very hot turbo in the rear, we have a virtual bomb when being driven.

I have called Beaudry excessively only to leave voice mails and no return calls. I also emailed our 'service' rep from Beaudry with pictures of the problems. Still no reply even to email.

Our coach has been vidotaped and photographed from end to end to note all discrepencies. The Good Sam inspection they promise has 60 items for compliance. My corporate lawyers obtained a copy of the inspection report, only to find out this coach could not have passed (thank god for video).

I leave messages for Gordon Young (Service Manager), but he seems to forget to call me back. As far as the service rep Pete, he does not return calls until I call and talk to customer care (I am not trying to be funny, there is someone there with that title).

So, Beaudry finally sent a mobile repair company out here (after only 1 week) that was supposed to correct the fuel leaks and battery issues on Friday, March 30th. These repairs were needed so I could take the coach in for service on April 2nd, to their Mesa facility. I refused to drive the coach with fuel leaking, so after complaining for a week, someone arrived. Upon their inspection, they could not fix the main tank leak because there was too much diesel fuel in the tank. This was legitimate, the fuel neck was mounted about half way from the bottom.

So, more messages left for Pete, and the mobile repair company went to Beaudry this afternoon to tell them what they had found. As usual, I left a voice mail that seems to be unheard. I finally got through to the GM and told him what was going on.in minutes I had a call from Gordon Young. They will send one of their drivers out and have him drive the coach in for repair.

So, my coach is supposed to be at Beaudry on Monday at 10:00AM for repair. Who knows how long this will take, no one will even give me an estimate of when I get my coach back. Yet I still get to make payments...

Anyway, enough venting about the lack of business skills on Beaudry's part, we bought a used coach based on the guarantee of the Good Sam Inspection, which we did not get. We did give them a down payment of $50,000 and a trade in. I want my money back, they can have this coach. Litigation will be next. Anyone up for class action?
