On 02/17/07 i took my 2005 grandcheroke/jeep into the repairshop, with a presindential promotional card sent to me advertising an oilchange for $19.50 and a 23 point check inspection included. While, i was waiting for the service in the waiting room, i came into the shop in three different ocassions and never saw anyone doing any work on the car beside the oil change, after, waiting for about for 2 1/2 hours i came into the main office and leona gave me a bill for $139.43, claiming that she had the mecanic conduct a diagnostic of a a/c panel light that was out, which, i never authorized her to do, the brakes inspection was never done, because i have wheel locks and the tires were never removed, leona was only interested in selling me a engine tune up for $395.00 dollars, a differential service for $298.00 and a transfer case service for $99.00 dollars, but, i refused to paid for the service not provided she ordered the car to be locked up for that entired weekend, i spended $263.00 in taxi service until 2/19/07 that went back and without any chices had paid the $139.43 as per the general manager, who then took the car into the shop and conducted some of the free service i was entitled on the first day. I will never go back again or recomend anyone.
