Am i the only one???
Both me and my wife have loans with united auto credit, my wife left me last month, however she left the truck here and said she diddnt want it any more... So the pmt was due on the 6th, they show up at the house on the 9th demanding payment, where she is located ect... Next i was told even though we have seperate individual loans that i am still responsable for her vehicle and if the diddnt recieve payme nt for her vehicle they would reposess both vehicles, now my payment is always 2 weeks ahead of shedule never ever late... This is wrong, not only that my wife was never late in 2 years and they show up 3 days after payment was due/. Second we have a joint bank account still (empty though) she made a payment several months back by check, they tried to electronicly draft the bank account as well on top of it all, if anyone knows of class action suit please let me know.
