I have had a car with Credit Acceptance for over 3 years. Always make my payments on time since it is set up on a military allotment.
Recently got transferred to Spain and now this company will not let me have my car that I am paying for.
Sent a letter and all they said was sorry. Sent an e-mail to the board of directors and am awaiting a response. Below is a copy of the latest letter. All I am asking this company for is the product I am paying them for.
Hello,
Once again I am writing to try to get in contact with a manager in your customer service, Legal, Or consumer relations department. I have had a car with Credit Acceptance Corporation for over 3 years now. My payments come out via a military allotment. I am in the U.S. Navy and I am stationed in Spain. I am under a time constraint to have my car shipped here within the next THREE months. I have been a loyal customer to your company and I am trying to have my car sent here so I can use the car I am paying your company for. I have already been in contact with my legal officers and I also have letters and calls in to the Better Business Bureau, And my various Congressional representatives and Senators. All I am asking for is your company to provide me with a letter to have my car sent to me. I would greatly appreciate a rapid and concise reply to my questions and hopefully a resolution to this issue.
