I came in twice in a 4 month period to get an oil change and filter done on my Nissan Pathfinder. A week ago i took the car to the dealership to get my 15,000 mile service where they notified me that no oil change or filter was ever done since the last time i received service from the dealership. I dont know what damage that has caused to the engine of the car - but i paid $60 each time and basically they cheated me out of service that they claimed to have performed.
