I have made all of my paments to Triad, I have only been at most 15 days late ever. They are now saying I have missed 3 payments, and they are comming to repo my car. I have faxed them bank statements, a certified letter from my banker, I even have the origional dealer of the car involved. They call me 45 times a day no joke I even have proof of this because they call my cell phone, it's all loged on my billing statement. Now when I call to try to talk to them, they send my calls to a different section, and all I get is a message center. I hate these fu*$#! I do not know what we can do a class action is just going to go on untill we have lost our vehicles, our minds, and our credit! They will put it off years and years. I'll be very happy to join though. Triad has double drafted my bank account with out my okay, they have recived payments which they send me a reciept for and still do not post to my account. I am so fed up with these people I'm half liable to go POSTAL! I have turned them in to the FCC, and my Attorney General, they don't do anythig for us.
DID ANY ONE BUY THEIR CAR FROM DRIVERS SELECT? I think they are directly profiting from triad's scams. I have my loan agreement which states Prestige Financial as my lean holder, when I discused this with Drivers Select they said they could chang the lean holder if they wanted to, I returned my first car because the Lean holder was triad, and guess what I did not even know that I had Triad for 60 days after I bought my car when the first bill arrived, it was too late to return the car then. I swear they have something to gain from this. Keep me updated on the CLASS ACTION!
