I rod up to this car dealership that i thought would sell me a good car for my money's worth. A young spanish looking man literally run up to me and i thought well what a good sales man. He talked to me about what cars i wanted and i told him and showed me the cars.initially he had to told me that his name was pablo which later i found wasn't his name. I picked out a car and since the car wasn't on i asked the sales person how much mileage was on the car and he totally lied and said 80000 or so, he told me it was 1500 down and we negotiated how this would be paid. We then went inside where he told me that we do paper work, we did all the paper work and soon he took me on test drive which by the way he refused to let me drive. We got back and he promised me he would have the car checked and he would put gas in it and we agreed that my friend would pick up the car for me on friday because i lived in a different town. Well after the car was picked up the trouble started. This car drove so badly on the interstate it scared the first time i drove it, i called the E and S auto sales offices so many times complaining about the car but no one was of much assistance to me. I couldn't start my car everyday i had to get out of my car to shack my battery before the car would start. I could the E and S auto sales offices once again and again i was fed with bull shit. Eventually i got fed up and went to nashville to complain about the piece of shit there had sold to me. And there promised there would order a part for my car so that it would later be fixed. Well the next coming weeks would be horray because my car got worse not even two months had passed my car was getting worse i had shack the battery before starting it all the time, i had call friends to help me with car, i had use my day time minutes everyday on the phone with E and S autosales but still i talked to different spanish people who ended up even hang up on me several times newyears day been one of the days claiming she was the only staff working she couldn't help me. After that i was given different names of people i had to talk to get my car fixed well that was dramma and a pain in the ass all over again. Then came the dead day when my car finally died on me i drove to work and parked my car but it would not start for shit. So i did the wise and contacted the warranty company CARS i told them what was wrong with my car. The first time i was told my car would be fixed by two different representatives. The next day after i called the tow track who towed me and left my car at a mechanic. Both the mechanic and two men that towed my track told me girl you think your car is 4wd well it's not because the driving shaft that manages the 4wd is broken. The mechanic further looked at the car and was shocked that this car passed inspection. He said the car was no good and a total reck. I then contacted E and S auto sales and talked to office manager and many other people who did't help but made my phone bill go up and still not solve my problem.By now the mechanic started calling me to get my car i called the car dealer and let them know but there still kept playing with my head. I've talked so many people i have no car for a month and still my car is at the mechanic because the car dealship didn't tow the car even if there promised both me and the mechanic that there would come get the car. Until today my car is still at the mechanic not fixed because the warranty there sold me wouldn't cover fixing my car. E and S auto sales are fraudsters who ripped me off and are getting away with it, i have lost $1500 that i paid as a down payment and i am pissed and very mad. I have mad close to 100 calls to them and there still wont help me. Someone please help me i have lost my mind i am a victim of bad customer service and fraud.
