On Oct 16, I placed an order for a wood shift knob, a wood steering wheel, and some chrome headlight rings for my automobile from a company named VIP Customz. I paid $1075.00 with my debit card. I was told that the steering wheel would take 4 weeks to be delivered. After 3 weeks, I called the company to check the status of my order. I was told that the items would be delayed and would not be delivered for another week or so. On Nov 10 th, I went into the company and spoke with Sammi, the owner. I went to the company because I was leaving Florida for good on the next day. They installed the shift knob on that visit, and Sammi assured me that the steering wheel and the headlight rings were definitely on the way. He took my address in Virginia so that he could send the other items to me when they did arrive. When 2 more weeks had passed, I placed several phone calls to VIP Customz. I spoke to a different person every time I called. I left 5 to 7 messages for Sammi to return my calls. Those calls were never returned. I finally spoke to Sammi on Dec 14 th. He told me that if the items did not come the following week, that he would refund my money. At this point, 2 months had gone by. When the next week came and went, and there still was no delivery from VIP Customz, I placed several more phone calls to speak with Sammi being told every time that he was not there. It became apparent that I was now getting the run around. It is now Jan 8 and I still have not recieved my money or my merchandise.
