My car purchase from the Magic Toyota dealership was horrible. Adam, sales rep, & Jess, manager, were extremely unhelpful in the sale. Adam told nothing but lies (price agreed upon, full tank of gas, up to date maint, copy of maint records, & date the care would be ready to pickup). Jess & the supervisor refused to honor any of these agreements.
Since this purchase, I have heard many horror stories about this dealership & that maint isn't done when their maint records are updated. The maint records i recvd were incomplete. There were many tasks for scheduled checkups that were not completed. Some of the scheduled maint was not done at all.
