SDS Auto Sales were horrible. I gave a $150 deposit. As agreed I gave an additional $350, the title to my car. Signed all my paperwork, which was very rushed. The sticker price to the vehicle was $10995.00, at the signing the vehicle price was raised to $13995.00 plus $7995.00 interest, making the entire transaction a little over $20k, which the vehicles value was not worth that amount.
I could not pick up the vehicle for 2 week due to the vehicle not passing inspection, and there were problems with the vehicle. When I demanded to cancel the transaction I was told that I would lose my deposit money. So I stayed with the deal.
After finally getting the vehicle, and driving the vehicle I was told my bank financing did not go through. I was called threatened on my job, at home, demanding more items which I gave. I found out the bank was WestLakeFinancial who is also on usacomplaints.com for how they are a bank similar to loansharks.
After going through a stressful nightmare. SDS Auto agreed to give me my money back, and my car that I traded in. When I arrived to return the vehicle, the Auto shop was closed. The next day I returned the vehicle, my title was thrown at me, and my money was not returned, as agreed.
The owner Stan was terrible. The lady that works at the Turkey Hill gas station elderly parents bought a car for $2500.00 cash, and the transmission blew with in 30 days of purchase, they had paid SDS Auto for a warranty, and they refused to fix the car. Beware that auto place is a scam!!!
