Giufre Mazda Would not honor a prorated refund of a bogus extended warranty ripoff

To make a long story short. I have a day in court against giufre hyundai mazda and thier staff. They use intimidation tactics to cover up thier ways of making money off of my back.

I bought a 2000 mazda 626 green in march there. They included in the purchase of the vehicle a extended warranty from first extended for $2000.00. I was told the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper and all components. So if anything happened to the car i would not be responsible for damamges.

What they where using was the lemon law in nys. Which states that any new car depending on the mileage has a warranty of 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase based on the mileage.in my case i had 30 days.

In 26 day the check engine light came on the vehicle. I took it back in time and they fix the problem at no cost because it was within 30 days.

A lot of things was wrong with the car. The car came with hidden touched up scratches on the body, the interior had no mats at all, i had to purchase them myself much later. The cigarette lighter was broken, the stereo speakers were blown. Not good at all.

The horn on the vehicle required extra hitting to signal. So in dangerous times on the road when i needed to use my horn i have to keep my hands situated in a special way other wise the horn doesn't work.

Giufree hyundai suckers there customers with warranties at jacked up prices that don't cover what they tell you it is going to cover.

My advance is know the lemon law according to mileage on a vehicle, every vehicle can be returned to a dealer if it is allowed within time. They try to make you own the vehicle so they can keep your business and you as a customer. They will sell you something wrong, because down the line in a month or two you will be coming back to them shelling out money from your pocket to have repairs done at thier service debt.

They are making money by selling defective vehicles.

Last fall my car stoped moving all together during a job interview. Luckily for me it died as i parked. After the interiew i came back to my car and it would not go forward or backward although it started.

It had something to do with the transmission. The extended warranty that i have / had although i thought it covers bumper to bumper only was for powertrain.

I had the car towed to giufree hyundai / mazda service corp in brooklyn where i bought it. They hastilly looked at it and said it the transmission shifter cables had broken and that it was not a inner component of the transmission and it cost me between 450.00 to 750.00 to fix out of pocket. They don't care, just put it on a credit card, when it should have been covered under warranty.

Less than a week later. The same problem happened. Only this time it would kick into gear in gear 2 and 3 and make plently noise and not drive in reverse or drive mode.

I drove it that way to them, they called me later and told me it was covered under the extended warranty. And fixed it misus the deductible.

My problem is when the shifter cable broke and you analzed the whole transmission like they said, how come they didn't catch the problem then that the whole transmission was bad and repair it under warranty.

Instead they comaflaged the problem with a band aid solution to fiil thier greedy pockets.

The show room men are rude and shrewed.

While my car was being serviced thier. I took a walk to a coffee shop while waiting. I began to talk with the owner of the coffee shop in general about some auto dealers. While talking a well dressed lady walked in and began to order her food.

She overheard our conversation about car dealerships and began to share with us that she works and has worked for 2 car dealerships and that the people sells man are shewd and cunning to get you to sign on the dotted line to line thier greedy pockets. And guess what. She didn't know me, but i know her. She answers the phones and works at giufre mazda on 94th in brooklyn. OWNED BY THE SAME OWNER JOHN GIUFRE.

So even she knows.

I believe first extended service corp and giufre mazda work closely together to benefit themselves and not the consumer. They are more satisfied if they can barter you a vehicle in any condition in exchange for making you penniless and ruining your credit rating by bankrolling you by keeping you and me as a customer.

They want you to keep coming back. They monopolize on the small man. They have thier own service dept, they have 2 car dealerships hyundai and mazda owned by the same man john giufre
