I called to find out when the first payment on my car is due. I was concerned because I had not received any billing statements or anything about when, where, or how to make a payment. I was told my payment was due a couple of days ago and am now being charged $37 per day late, in interest! I spoke to TERRY WIGGINS... Jerk, liar, p*!!
Drive Financial had my billing address wrong and I was told that I could not speak to a manager or anyone else in charge, and that there was nothing they could do about it. I am being held accountable for THEIR mistake. It is not my job to make sure they get the correct information from the dealership.
If anyone is interested in sueing this company, please feel free to count me in. I am willing to go all the way. No company should get away with any of this. They will continue to do so, unless we go after them.
