I took my truck in to have the Coil and Spark plug changed at 6:55 AM. The day before I had the truck diagnosed with an onboard computer reader (OBD). I told the service dept exactly what I needed.
They still charged me $87.00 to tell me what I told them. Then they charged me $352.61 to change the coil and spark plug all total.
Of course I called and e-mailed the owner with no response.
I work full time and I feel Raped!
