I had insurance through farmers insurance group, (neal martin) it all started the month after i got insurance with them, I got a canc. Notice that they were going to drop my ins. Because my husbands cousin which lives in a different county then us and is not insured through us had a wreck. We got that taken care of and next month got yet another notice and a refund check - i called ans they said just bring the check into them and it would be taken care of, so i did and until the next month we were fine i kept getting reinstatment fees added to my bill every month because
They were dropping me, So i cann. And went with another ins company The day i dropped mt ins with farmers neal told me"i am very sorry for all the trouble that you have had it isnt my office it is the main headquarters" I told him that as my insurance agent that he should be able to handle it. He told me"if i would pay this last bill he would assure me that i wouldnt have anymore trouble and he would make sure of it" I told him that i would have to see what my husband wanted to do and i waould get back with him, I called him back the very next day and told him that i wanted to go ahead and cann. My insurance, he told me he really wish that i would just "stick it out and he would take care of it"
I told him i had made up my mind and i just wanted to drop it, so i did and that's when i switched to another com. Well i got yet another bill from them for 35.00 they told me it was a service fee!!!??? So i called them and spoke with neals assistant Amanda she told me it would be taken care of, Well it wasnt and i get a letter from a collection Service!!! I call amanda and she tells me to just fax her a copy of my insurance sayiong i have had ins. Since the day i cann. With them and she would take care of it, I did and it wasnt taken care of, I get another letter from collection, i call them and they tell me to fax them the proof of my ins. And it will be taken care of,
It still hasnt been taken care of, I know it's just 35.00 right, why not just go ahead and pay it and be done with it, I wouldnt mind if i was in the wrong BUT I'M NOT, my husband called and spoke with neal just today and had to call 4 times before he would get on the phone, we called him last friday and stayed on hold for 15 min, everytime we call he is on the other line and wont ever pick up, when my husband called today amanda said he was on the other line he would call us back, we waited and no call back so we called him back as soon as my husband said i need to spek to neal he was told he is on the other line and my husband said i know he cant still be on the phone, waited like 2 min and poof he was on the phone. I will keep everyone updated as to what happens and how it is handled.
