October 6 I was in an accident. The police faulted me for it. Well! I never wanted it to be fixed at this body shop. I wanted my towing bill paid to move it. Since I do pay for it every month. My agent has did nothing for me. So my husband and I went to the body shop to see why its taking 20 days to repair the truck. My husband got mad and yelled at the lady. They are refusing to realse my truck. My insurace is paying the $500 that I got from my loss of use.
I dont get how a company can take your money and not help you. My husband then yelled at Rhonda for not helping us. She wanted my husband to write a "Im sorry" letter to the body shop. Well!
