DEC 19 we rent thur orbtiz which is budget my mother in law who lives in monterrey n. L mexico had been very sick she just had surgery my husband was going to visit her. We both ask about taking the rental car into mexico she said there would be no problems. When he applies for the car permit they said no he was suppose to have a slip from the rental company i called them ask them to fax a letter saying the car could be crossed. They refused then talk to me with no respect even said maybe my husband was trying to sneak across. I replyed he has been a us citzen for along time the remarks was un called for. I called every where to try to locate my husband he was there 5 hrs waiting they denied saying anything cost us 500 hundred dollars to rent the car plus travel expenses and couldnt go seehis mother they said no paperwork are help from any budget are orbtiz i think they should refund us all the money and expenses why travel 1500 miles if we didn;t ask aboutcrossing the ca
