I ordered a hood scoop from these people and was told they would make me a new one. 3 weeks later (after calling to get a tracker, then they shipped it) 3 days later it arrived, without hardware, instructions, and a cracked flange. It also had a old sticker and alot of dust on it. I called them and told them about the problem, and was told they would fix it.
2 weeks later I called again. Suprise. No record of it. Was told again it would be shipped out right away. 1 week later called again, actually talked to Vikki, and was assured it would ship out and she would call with the tracking number. 3 days later called again and ripped them a new one, was told again that Vikki would call me later that day. It was then I checked on the net and found your site. After reading the letters, I wish I would have checked here first.
I called them back and told them what I thought of them, their pratices, their quality, their runaround game. I told them I was keeping the scoop, because at least I got something for my money. I also told them I was going to share with everyone I know my story, and this website. I then faxed to their office a copy of my most recent Customer Loyalty Training woorksheet them.
They do everything wrong and I sure hope they go out of business so no one else will get ripped off by them
