Incorrect Credit Agency Reporting & too lazy to look up someone's account to correct their mistakes!

I had bad credit when I got an auto loan with Drive in January. I was trying desperately to rebuild my credit, so even though I was taken back by the request for numerous names and phones numbers of relatives/friends I was required to give before I could buy a car, I did it anyway. I bought a vehicle at a crazy 23% interest rate, thinking I could refinance in a year or so if I was making payments on time, like I was told. My payments are $355.83, due on the 2nd of each month.in September of I moved 6 hours away and called Drive Financial to let them know that I moved and also that my October and November payment would not be there by the 2nd, but they'd be about a week late. My pay dates had changed, so I needed time to get my bills in order again. According to my payment history with them (I am looking at it right now), my October payment was recieved October 7 and my November payment was received November 9. I was not "late' again until August. They received my payment August 10. Around that time, I decided to check my credit, because, like I said earlier, I was tring to rebuild my credit. At that time, I discovered that my account with Drive was under "Negative" accounts and it was showing I was 30 days past due!? I disputed it with the credit reporting agencies and called Drive, only to be told that I had to actually be a payment ahead? In order for them to report it that I am making payments on time. So. Even though I was confused, I make an extra payment, then started making $180 payments every other week, instead of the once monthly $355 payment. I have been doing this, faithfully, until November. I got a raise at work and decided to up my bi-weekly payment to $200. I promise you, I have not missed a single bi-weekly payment since I started and I have NEVER been more than 10 days late on a payment. However, my account with Drive, according to Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union is a NEGATIVE account and in small print, it says, "More than 30 days late". I have desputed this with the credit bureaus so many times, that I am no longer able to dispute it. The customer service reps continue to tell me to call 214-237-3430 ext. 3430. It is impossible to get to a person with this number. It's a recorded message?

I understand Drive Financial only deals with the bottom of the barrel, but my credit situation is a far cry today, from what it was 4 years ago, and thanks to them, I STILL cannot get a loan from a "normal" company because they are not competent enough to fix their mistakes, nor do they pay ANY attention to the disputes that come from the credit bureaus. Can ANYONE help??? I have my payment history, along with my bank statements to prove that my account is not, and HAS NEVER been 30 days late.

I will also say, that like all the other posts, I was bombarded with dozens of phone calls per day when my payment was 'late' until my payment posted. My mom was called at her place of employment and given a written warning from her company, because she is not allowed to receive personal calls, unless they are emergencies.in addition to my mom, they also called my brother that was living 4,000 miles away. Mind you, I was less than 15 days late, WITHOUT a grace period when this was happening and I initiated a phone call to Drive to let them know I'd be late. Still, they did not care. This company is ruthless and does not even give a sh* about their customers that do pay on time. If I knew then what I know now, I would have gone to a "Buy Here Pay Here" place, because Drive has damaged my credit and I have the proof that THEY are in the wrong.
