We had a car accident car was towed to lefevres tow yard where we made a deal with them for them to hold our car untill we paid the 500.00 owed for towing and storage because at that time we did not have the full amount i gave them 100.00 that day and then 150.00 every 2 weeks after untill the last payment was due on the 15th of november we called to let them know we were coming to pick it up and they told us we couldnt because they had already crushed our car. I contacted them and they said that we had agreed to pay them 500.00 plus crush our car now what kind of fool would agree to that? Not me! They said they sent a notice to us saying they were gonna crush the car but we did not recieve one. Also i am still paying for the car every month to a finance company the car was fixable in which was my plans to do when i picked it up. I have pictures of the car if needed thank you.
