In the day i recive new car of hhr 2006 and fincane with roadloans company (triad financial) i payment of $480.61.
Then second month payment $480.61 but somehow tfc company call my house and ask my name, i repsone said yes it me, they said where the damn money of first payment! I said huh? They said if you dont make a payment i will going to call tow truck to take your car. I said whoa i allready did pay first of month. They hung me up and call over and over 9 am till 8 pm finally stop. I fax to them the paper copy that i did payment of $480.61. They call me back and yelling me (are you fking cracked head huh? Sexually with your sick mama and this paper is faked. I said whoa take it easy and it real paper proof i send western union then call your company with mic number. They said yeah right i gonna put your credit report to repo right now. Guess what tow truck did come my house in next week. I warned tow truck if touch the car they gonna loss their balls. They left. Tfc keep calling and calling whole damn three month, i am inogre them. Then i give up, the phone rang again, i pick the phone and yell damn it look here the deal i pay you $500 dollar and $1,913.05 make sure you allready agreement to remove the repo on my creditreport they sound giggle on me and said sure no problem it take two week to remove off. I tired of their company so i decide to trade the car in. I apply another car with diffrent company in next month
some how they pull up the credit report said oh my gosh your car hrr 2006 still have repo and tow truck still look for it.
I said oh my god here repecit that i proof pay them off
and in one month ago they suppose remove the repo off in 3 month ago with first payment! They said i cant let u trade in and sound like tirad finace are fraud and mess with your income and credit report.
Now i need a lawyer where i can find the lawyer? In califroina! To lawsuit to roadloans nowww!
This date nov guess what they keep call me nov 1st 2006 nov 17th keep threat me to take car where ever i go.
But i allready make payment make no damn sencse!
