Ripped me off. This gas station is Fraud. Paid for gas that i did not recieve. Would not give money back

They ripped me off. Gas Fraud. Paid for gas that i did not recieve. I told the gas guy about it, he simply replied "I anoa speaka inglish." Total rip off. Waste of time and money!!
