Pepboys, punched a hole in my brand new radiator hoses that I bought the day before. They tried to charge me for new ones saying that they were leaking.
The second time they screwed me, I went in for a wheel alignment and they blew up all four of my tires and tried to say I needed to buy new ones.
The last and final time I ever went to them. I went to get four tires mounted and balanced and they over tightened my lug nuts when taking them off and broke two of them off and when they tried to charge us for new ones we left without paying for the mounting and balancing. We had to drive home with a tire with only two lugs. We checked the other lugs and noticed they were tightened way way tooooo much.
Needless to say we will never go back to PepBoys service Center again!
