Ripoff motorcycle rental charges for pre-existing damage

After renting a motorcycle from Eagle Rider on August 4th and clearly marking the pre-existing damage on the pre-rental inspection the owner faxes me a repair bill for $655.70 on August 25th.

Eagle Rider will not return phone calls or e-mails.
These guys make their money by charging each customer for every scratch, with complete disregard for the pre-rental inspection.
