We shifted from Florida on march 25th'2002 to Pa. We'd our material shifted which we'd them provide on 3rd to us. At that time of shifting and packaging we 000 with per cent deductible required an insurance of $10 and we settled $200 for this. Whenever we got the material several products were broken that have been subsequently returned or fixed or to become possibly changed by them.
We called them in-may subsequently in september and each month thereon we just got the response they r running our state and they can get back again to us asap. We called there florida no. Customer support supervisor where we were requested to contact Rafaela Sanchez. Whenever we called her she requested for that photos of broken material along with a backup of our bill which we delivered to them. But we didnt get any response so we called them again, they informed us to call 1 800-635-0945 which we named, there Ms. Ana believed to deliver the photos and backup again we sent anything to her.
She stated our state has been prepared.in a couple of days we got a notice requesting us to simply accept $150 for the broken things that we declined as our products were worth $1000 atleast furthermore we'd settled $200 for this sort of scenario only. Again Ana expected us to deliver anything using the cost of the broken products we did that by delivering them the backup of the bill of the things which were broken. Yet we didnt get any reply whenever we named again they stated the state has been prepared from the supervisor we stated okay and waited for that phone but no reply arrived so we named again-this period Ana moved us to Mr. Rani. He requested us to send the facts to him we did that-but nevertheless we didnt get any response.
This time around whenever we named they stated that our state continues to be used in insurance provider and they'll contact us but noone named so we named them again which they stated that they dont have any data abt our state and we ought tonot contact them. Today we r truly whilst the organization who ruined the material claims they've no data and also the insurance provider never named us in middle of the strange scenario... Please enroll our criticism from this organization that is moving and consider some activity. For this we will not be ungrateful.
