We work hard at maintaining the highest quality products at the lowest prices. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another online competitor with the same item in stock, we want to know about it.
Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference.
I called with a lower price from one of their other companies store on ebay, carpartswholsale.com, anyway I found a part bumper 04' impala absorber for $39.00, on their ebay store, the part on partstrain is $88, the customer service rep did not know what 110% lowest price gurantee meant and would not honor it, and would not get a supervisor with a little more education to explain it to her. Bottom line this company has the worse customer service on the phone and in person. This company cheats its customers and uses false advertising.
