Heritage Administrative Services, Dimension Service Corp
RipOff - Failure to pay for a covered claim. Warranty Fraud

I currently have an extended warranty on a vehicle through Heritage Adminstrative Services. (Contract was bought out by Dimension Service Corp) They are refusing to pay for a Crank Sensor for my 2001 Cadillac DeVille DTS. They state that it is an emissions control sensor (Emissions parts are excluded.) The EPA document they provided however lists emission control sensors and the Crank Sensor is not on the list. Clearly shows this is the function of the knock sensor. An obvious attempt to try and redefine what the Crank Sensor's functions perform. I am going to persue this through the courts.
