Atlanta Xpress Lube, Southeastern Lube Xpress, First Coast Lube dishonest, defective, won't stand behind work, bad workmanship Ripoff

On Satuday, September 2 I took my car to Atlanta Express Lube & Brake located at 5528 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, georgia for a routine oil change, the oil was changed and also filter replaced.

The next day Sunday, September 3 I notice that at least a quart of oil has leaked from my car onto my garage floor, I take the car back to Atlanta Express Lube & Brake located at 5528 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. The center is closed on Sunday.

I am unsure where the oil is pouring form and if it will furhter effect my car as well as Atlanta Express Lube will also be closed the next day for observance of Labor Day, I pull into Jiffy Lube so that I can look under the bottom of my car to see where the oil is leaking from, once I am able to see underneath my car I am advised that the oil pan has been cracked due to overtighting the screw from the oil change.

I returned to Atlanta Express Lube & Brake on Tuesday, September 5, the first day that they are open after I discovered the crack. I am advised by the service technician Sean Horan, that my car has no leak at all. At this point I show him the picture that I took with my digital camera of the oil spill in my garage, he allows me to follow him under the car, when I point out where the leak is he states that its an old leak, and that there is lubrication on it, but just a min ago he said that there was no leak at all, I state to him that the pan was not leaking before I brought it in for service.

Upon arrival of the District manager Phil mendell he advised that there is no proof that his crew or station made the crack, and with the milage on my, and that there was nothing that he could do, I remind him that the milage of the car has nothing to do with the fact that the crack was made when the oil was changed but that he suggests that I have the oil pan replaced as soon as possible
