Well, well, well. It's a amazing, what a well written, complaint letter can do.
I sent certified letters, to the District Manager and the (2) two Corporate Officers on Tuesday, July 20.
I just received a call, (from Phillip Mendell), that they are willing to fix whatever is wrong, at another Xpress Lube. Now believe me, I'm not sure I want to even trust them again, so this one is up to hubby.
Guess I'll see which Xpress Lube, that doesn't have a complaint.
