I paid for a set of spark plug wires back in Feruary 2006. Many many attempted phone calls, emails and PM's and nothing! I still have not recieved my set of wires and it is now September. This company is very dishonest and should not be in business. Every time I finally got in touch with them, they always told me that they would ship out in a week or two. They are liars and cheats. I have even been asking them for a refund, and they refuse to give my money back. They are now trying to tell me that they shipped out a long time ago, but they can't seem to prove it with tracking numbers or anything else. I never recieved anything! These wires cost me almost $100.00 and I want my darn money back. Elitesparkplugs.com is a absolutely horrible company to deal with.
