I bought a-class I hitch in Feb. 2006 from Hitchfinder.com. It required nearly per month for this to appeared and had been sold-out. I noticed I needed a-class two problem and reordered the right problem that they charged to my charge card and was informed once they obtained the previous one I'd get credit. I sent UPS and acquired an RMA #. On 3/13/06 they received the problem on 3/08/06. I haven't been acknowledged using the reimbursement. 5/29/06 was named by me and was informed it would be referred by them towards the sales division by 7/10/06 however no reimbursement.
