This is what they sent me for a quote:
If you are not a homeowner the rate will increase by 10%. The revised Quote was $3531.00 for a year, with $387.86 down payment. The Quote was $3523.00 only $8.00 difference once information was entered in computer.
This si what I wrote them:
$3523 Plus 10% = $352.30 Correct? Should be $3875.30 NOW WHERE IN THE HELL DID YOU GET $4772.00
I want to talk to Michael please, you don't know what you are doing... I am cancelling our commercial policy this week...
How did you get $4772.00 which is $1249.00 HIGHER??? Do you know what you are doing there... Please put someone else on this deal... What happened to Estella? I think you are poking me everytime we talk!!!
So I ask to talk to the main dick and here is what he said:
Weldon, I've discussed with Estella and Fatima the process followed in providing your automobile quote. Although we would prefer more frequent and direct contact by phone to avoid breakdown of communication, I feel you have been given you the best quotes possible based on information provided.
You are obviously unhappy with our efforts to provide you with a timely quote at the best rate possible and have expressed your displeasure. I think it would be best for you to take your business elsewhere and get a clean start. Attached is a Cancellation/Policy Release form that can be printed and signed where marked by the red "X". Return the original by mail. We will request the company to cancel your commercial policy the date of your signature.
So the moral of the story is, if they can't screw you into getting their rate then they want to cancel all the insurance you have with them... Is that a way to do business?
I would ask that everyone stay away from them...
