I traded in a 2003Audi A6 on May 14 to the Car Store in Kearney Mesa and purchased a 2001 Corvette. June 1 I received a bill in the mail for my Audi which I traded in. I called VW Credit and told them I no longer owned the car. They told me it was never paid off.
I called The Car Store and spoke with Andrew Uerling, Owner, he said the check was in the mail. This was repeated to me on 4 different occassions.
The check was never in the mail and to this date still has not been paid off.
They also charged me $500 for gap insurance which they then never gave me the policy or the name of the insurance company.
They also charged me $311 for the registration. They paid the DMV $15.00 and kept the rest. I had to pay the DMV another $224 myself. They never had the plates transferred to my new car. If I were to get stopped by the police the car would have impounded.
They are also trying to sell my Audi which I still own.
Total theft by trickery.
Do not do business with these theives.
Mark Chellini is the other owner and compulsive liar.
