My car was repaired and paid by my insurance a total of over $13,000, I was told by the Manager that the repairs / all replaced parts were guaranteed for as long as I owned the car, but they were just words to get my business, the 2 times I contact them with my complaints they have denied responsability. About the not so great paintjob, where they took the car, they said we have to contact the bodyshop. But when it came to money, they billed and collected for the paintjob. Now I asked about the fan and said I am not covered. Like they say... Get it in writing. Would never recommend, they give poor service and Audi a bad name.
