I bought a NIssan Armada from Groppetti Auto (Nissan Dealership) and two months after having the vehicle they called to say I owed $1500.00 for a downpayment, that was not even discussed during the transaction.
When I called the dealership to resolve the matter the manager told me that I should have read my contract better before signing and was verbally abusive in this conversation.
I also purchased a service warranty in the amount of $2100.00; I called the service company 3 months after the purchase and they informed me that the warranty was not in effect because the dealership filled out the paperwork incorrectly (they informed the dealership of the discrepancy) I still haven't received a call from Groppetti notifying me that I do not have a warranty, even though I paid for one.
I contacted the owner and his response was that he is disagrees that he has dishonest employees. I cannot believe that it is legal for dealerships to practice this unethically.
