My family has bought several vehicles from Tri-Cities Nissan in the past few years, but we will NEVER buy from them again. I had taken my vehicle in for service because my window quit working. They fixed it, said they did any way. Not even 2 months later it quit working again. I took it back in to be repaired the 2nd time. Well it worked for a few months & then tore up again, but now my warranty has ran out & Nissan wants me to pay over $500.00 for them to repair it. IMAGINE THAT! Sounds like a shady dealership dosent it? I contacted Nissan consumer affairs, and could anyone please tell me why they even exist. They told me they would check into it. Well they called back & said your warranty ran out & you will have to pay for the repairs, is there anything else we can help you with? I said yes tell me why I should pay for the repairs when Nissan wasn't competent enough to fix it the first two times I took it to them when it was under warranty. Why should i be responsible & have to suffer for their negligence? The man said i don't know what else to tell you mam. I said i know what to tell you & Nissan, I have put a sign on my vehicle that says dont buy from Tri-Cities Nissan, ask me why. I then hung up the phone, I still drive with my sign, but my window is still broke. Oh yea, I get asked at least once a day why not buy from Nissan? I tell my story & the response I get is either that sucks or i would get an attorney if i were you. So please BEWARE of Tri-Cities Nissan
