Broken down truck, dirty blankets at wrong location, on hold 2 hours ripoff

I put in an order to pick-up at 26' truck and 2 dozen furniture blankets. First, the furniture blankets were not at the location of the truck. I had to waste more of my time to run by and pick them up at another location. Next, my U-Haul truck broke down at a gas station, wasting 2 hours of my time and a lot of frustration. Second, it broke down again when my movers were waiting to unload the truck. The truck could not be unloaded, I had to send them home with money in their pocket for their time. I then had to wait two hours for another mechanic.

I contacted their customer support to get the issue resolved. I was told to expect a call within 2 business days. Of course, this was after 30 minutes of being on hold, and I received no call. I called again only to wait on hold another 30 minutes and be told to expect a call within four business days. After waiting four more days, I yet again call and tell them I need to get directly in touch with the right person. I was forwarded five times total, on hold for over an hour, and was finally told someone would contact me that day. They did in fact contact me that day to give me a $36 refund.

My 6.5 hours of time (4 on repairs, 2 on hold. 5 picking up the furniture blankets at the wrong location), plus the money given to my movers, frustration, and delayed move, is worth much more than $36. This service should come with a warning label on the low quality they provide.
