I ordered 2 remotes for my truck on July 5th and my credit card was billed in the 6th. The tracking number they gave me said the USPS had been notified a shipment was pending but never mailed. I have called them many times to ask status and always get an answering machine and never get a call back. I have sent them many e-mails and get no response and also no responses to my fax. It is now July 31st and I have tried three times today to call with on success.
